This is Chester. It was only a few months ago that Chester was having a little grumble about having his toes touched. When we say he didn't like it, he really didn't! A few months on and we have found the superstar in Chester - he is very patient and already has his nails done quite happily, without saying a word. We're proud of you Chester! And we have no doubt that your family are too!

We first started visiting Pansy around March time. She was booked in for a nail clip. From hiding under the bed to not wanting to be held, it was very clear she was scared of having them done!

Pansy has recently had her nails clipped and she behaved so well that it not only surprised her human 'Mum', she also surprised us!

We're looking forward to seeing Pansy again soon and we are very proud of her progress!

We have been visiting Scharlie since February 2025 — one of our very first appointments! We learned that Scharlie was rescued from a "killing station" in Spain in 2017. Naturally, he was nervous around us and wasn’t too keen on being seen.

Scharlie has come a very long way since that first visit, when he would run away, jump up onto the kitchen sides in an attempt to escape, and shake with fear. Now, he’s happy to come to us, he’s comfortable having his nails clipped, and Chris barely needs to hold him.

We are extremely proud of how far Scharlie has come — he is proof that animals can learn to trust us, no matter their background.

Milo’s journey with us began back in March when his mum first booked an appointment. After experiencing an accident a few years ago, Milo was anxious about having his feet touched which to Milo requiring 30-45 minute appointments.

This month, Milo had his third nail clip — and he was FANTASTIC! From the moment we stepped into his home to the moment we left, it took just 10 minutes. Milo has shown how time, patience, and the comfort of a pet's own home can lead to a calm, positive experience.

We're so proud of you, Milo. You're a shining example of how trust can grow — one paw at a time. 🐾✨
